David D.

David joined the State Line Auto Auction team as a Dealer Representative for Central New York, bringing over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. He started in the car business in college doing reconditioning work. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Cortland College and a Master's Degree from Binghamton University. After college, he worked as an independent used car dealer, then started in the new car business as a Used Car Manager. After more than 20 years wearing lots of hats in the dealership, he became an independent used car dealer that also sold brand new trailers. Having been a buyer at State Line Auto Auction since 1997, his experience is now invaluable as a member of our team. Outside of work, David spends most of his time with wife, their three kids, and their two catle dogs. But he also dabbles in real estate as a broker, as well as serving as a Deputy Supervisor in town government. He enjoys fishing and hunting, and is an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Eagles.
